The social media response to PayPal’s Google Pay issue was largely positive, expressing much gratitude for the company’s efforts in fixing the problem and telling others how it had helped them.
Many were also surprised that PayPal couldn’t fix the problem in-house but forwarded it to Google to resolve.
However, a small number of users took advantage of this situation by making a profit from selling other people’s money to withdraw through PayPal due to the error.
