John: Oh my god! Why did you guys ignore me? I have been spending money on Fossil Money since it was introduced in May 2017. Now I see that Fossil will launch a new version of Gen 5 Google Pay, but they still need to notify their customers about this significant change to their service. This is ridiculous! And what kind of business practice is that?! The only way to use Gen 5 Google Pay was Fossil Money. It automatically puts your credit card information into Google Wallet when you spend money on anything at any website or app. So how am I supposed to use it now if the only way I had done so before has been removed?! How unprofessional and irresponsible can you get?!!!

Owen: Listen, John, we understand your frustration and anger, but we can’t ignore him forever. If something goes wrong with Fossil and money gets deducted from his account, he could file an official complaint with the FTC! Do you want that on your conscience? Do you know how many hours you wasted talking about him?
